This dock is heavy and works great! I love that you can use the watch in nightstand mode, and I didn’t find any issues with using the charging disc that came with my watch. It fit in the puck fine, and I was able to snake the wire through the base without any issues. I will say that I think closing the band around the puck does make it less wobbly while charging, but it does work either way.
