Spring Chef Dough Blender, Top Professional Pastry Cutter

I was so concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find anything that came close to my decades old pastry cutter. This one is even heavier, stronger & better made! Guess I’ll eventually pass it along to a grandchild! And it’s not a one-trick-pony! I not only use it for cutting shortening into pastry doughs, but also chopping hard boiled eggs, and all sorts of things. I’ve heard a few reviews talk about it being too small for the hand. I’m a small woman with large hands, and I find it a great fit and so very easy to use! It’s perfect! Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!!! Believe me, for your own kitchen or for a gift, Spring Chef Dough Blender is an excellent product at a very reasonable price! The nicest dough blender I’ve ever had. Thought I could do without one until I started making scones – nothing cuts the butter into the flour so well. I had an old one with a cheap plastic handle that was basically useless so I treated myself to a new one and I’m so glad I did. Now that I’m older I have arthritis in my hands and wrists and this dough blender with it’s rubber handle and sturdy tines really helps to make the job painless and I really appreciate that.
